How do I track my order?
How do I track my order? Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with all the courier details. This email will include the courier name, tracking or routing code from The Courier Guy, and instructions on how to track your shipment online. Please allow a short processing period before tracking details are sent.
How do I do an exchange?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your sneakers don’t fit or you’re not happy with them, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the shoes are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. If the desired replacement product is unavailable, we will process a refund back to your original payment method. To start an exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for exchange. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable courier service such as The Courier Guy for all returns and exchanges.
How long does delivery take?

Locally stocked products will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days once your order has been processed. Specially imported products, available upon request, may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier schedules.
